Hong Gildong

Hong Gil-dong is the leader of the Hwalbindang, a short-range fighter who wields a bamboo staff and overwhelms enemies through relentless clone-based pressure. He can summon alter egos during movement and attacks, ignore defense with a stun strike, and chain airborne kicks, lunges, and spinning staff techniques into oppressive close-quarters combos. His story centers on the pain of illegitimate birth, rejection by family, and a vow to reshape the world by punishing corruption and creating justice for the poor.
